What?
What I have learnt this week is that ANZAC stands for Australian New Zealand army corps. Another thing I have been learning about this week is that this year ANZAC was the 100th anniversary. Also that scientists found out that rosemary flowers are things that help you remember special ceremonies or celebrations. Poppies are also things that are used to remember those people who fought in war.
So what?
The reason why we have learnt about ANZAC is because it’s something that Australian and New Zealand people should be doing to remember all those people who have fought in world war 1 and sacrificed their lives for us. Not just that, if they did not go out and battle that would have meant we would be living in a world of terrible.( Being slaves, starving to death also world of miserable.)
Now what?
What I can do now is look for other websites or other learning sites about ANZAC and make a DLO explaining what I have learnt about ANZAC then present it to show my family or my friends.( Or teacher)
